Today in big, expensive, but totally want-able Lego sets is #12034, the Sydney Opera House.

Lots of dark tan bricks and those modified white slope bricks are to die for.  And don’t get me started on the blue 48×48 baseplate!  As usual, sets this intricately detailed and large (clocking in at almost 3,000 pieces) are cost-prohibitive: this one retials for $320.  Sigh!   Click here to learn more from set designer XXXX XXXXX. (Image via FBTB.net)
